Information we may collect

Roomvera may process the room images you upload, the room type and style you select, order and transaction identifiers, checkout email addresses, technical request data, and session identifiers needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide previews and paid outputs, operate checkout and order access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability and provide customer support.

Uploaded images and AI processing

Images may be sent to an image-generation provider solely so the requested staging result can be produced. They may also be stored with infrastructure providers used to operate Roomvera. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.

Payments

Payment information is processed by our payment provider. Roomvera does not need to store full payment-card details in order to complete a purchase.

Service providers

Roomvera relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, storage, payments and AI image processing. Those providers may process limited information as needed to perform their services.

Retention and security

We aim to keep personal information and uploaded content only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and support the service, subject to legal, accounting and fraud-prevention requirements.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Use the Contact page for privacy-related requests once the public support address is active.
