1. The service

Roomvera provides AI-assisted virtual staging for real estate images, including previews and paid image packs. AI-generated output can vary and should be reviewed before publication.

2. Your images and rights

You must have the right to upload and process every image you submit. You remain responsible for the source image and for deciding whether a generated image may be used in a listing, advertisement or other publication.

3. Property accuracy

Roomvera is designed to improve presentation rather than alter the property, but AI systems can make mistakes. You must check generated images for changes to walls, windows, doors, floors, ceilings, fixtures, views or other property features before publishing them.

4. Listing rules and disclosure

Real estate advertising, MLS and marketplace rules vary by location and platform. You are responsible for complying with applicable disclosure, virtual-staging and advertising requirements.

5. Purchases

Prices, pack sizes and any applicable purchase terms are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Refund requests, if any, are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Roomvera to process content you are not authorized to use, to misrepresent a property intentionally, to violate law or third-party rights, or to interfere with the service.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or improve features as the product evolves. Temporary failures, provider outages and generation errors may occur.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Roomvera is provided without a guarantee that every generated image will be suitable for a particular listing or platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Roomvera changes. The date above will be updated when a revised version is published.
